PTFE Encapsulated Graphite Yarn is a high-performance composite material obtained through precision processing. It is made of high carbon steel wire after special chemical and physical treatment and finally impregnated in polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). Polytetrafluoroethylene, also widely known as "Teflon", is a synthetic material well-known in the industry and highly respected for its excellent performance.

1. Chemical resistance: High carbon yarn impregnated with PTFE can be used in a variety of corrosive environments.
2. Heat resistance: It can be used at temperatures up to 260 degree for a long time and can withstand higher temperatures for a short time.
3. Low coefficient of friction: PTFE has an extremely low coefficient of friction, which can reduce wear on moving parts.
4. Electrical insulation: PTFE is a good electrical insulator and is suitable for occasions where electrical insulation is required.
